1. Fill below attached membership form, as you know membership will be under the name of flat owner (single or joint)
2. Self-attested copy of KYC Document (Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport)
3. Membership fee (either of below as per choice)
a. Rs.500 paid yearly
b. Rs 3000 lifetime membership
